Materia launches Early-Career Reviewer Mentorship Programme

A new mentorship programme pairs early-career researchers with experienced Materia reviewers for co-review of submitted manuscripts. Mentees receive guidance on constructing a rigorous review, identifying methodological strengths and weaknesses, and writing constructive reports. The programme is open to PhD students and postdoctoral researchers in any discipline within the journal's scope. Over 40 mentor-mentee pairs have been matched in the pilot phase.
